Are you annoyed by Microsoft's Choice to Update Apps on Rival Platforms, Before their own?

For instance, Look at Outlook.com with its focused inbox and add ins on iOS. Does this annoy you? Or do you support the idea because more people use iPhone's and Android devices? I would love to hear your opinion.
