if I update from Win 8.1 Mobile to Win 10 mobile, is that good time to move on Win10.

I have been using Windows 8.1 Mobile since Feb 2016.

So my question is, Now if I update to Win 10 mobile is that good time to move to Win10 mobile. Is Win 10M stable now.

I need full detail please.
