Hi,
About a year ago I had to give up using my Windows phone (Lumia 1520 running W10M) because it didn't have two essential features:
1/ Automatic silencing on calendar events
2/ Repeating audible notifications (e.g. if I missed an SMS)
WP8.1 provides 1/ via Cortana, but bizarrely Microsoft removed that feature in W10M's Cortana. As for 2/, the last time I researched it I found that W10M prohibits any app from seeing notifications from another app (therefore it wasn't possible to write an app that would check for unacknowledged notifications and make a beep). Obviously it should be baked into the OS anyway, as a user-selectable option.
Of course, both are easy to do on Android, which is why I'm using an Android phone.
Has the situation changed since a year ago? Are either of these features available yet?
Thanks!
