Anybody got that 8.1 Rom??

I used to have it when I updated my original Neo but I think it was stored on my laptop and it got deleted when I upgraded to Windows 10. I got a refurbished Neo but Sprint said they can't do it since updates come over the air now. Very frustrating! :angry:
