When I start the surface 3 it says loading repair tools. It then goes to a boot manager screen. It advises press enter to get to the boot menu screen. There you can try and solve the problem by going to a previous start that worked. Neither the keyboard nor the on-screen keyboard will let me hit enter. Help I can't get to the boot menu.
