Front Facing camera is not working on SKype for Lumia 540

Front facing camera is not working on skype. i did hard reset , uninstall and reinstall the app couple of times but still problem stays . even i checked settings - privacy- camera-skype and its on. Other 3rd party messaging apps front camera working fine. only skype has this problem. whats the problem? are microsoft is drunk? My lumia 540 is running latest windows 10 official build. plz guys need help. i really wanted to use skype on my lumia 540. but this problem :(
