Microsoft Edge Desktop Shortcut Open Full-Screen ?

....... is it possible to create a desktop shortcut for Microsoft Edge to open a specific url in full-screen or kiosk mode ?

As far as I know in Internet explorer you had to add -k to the shortcut.
