Microsoft releases a minor update with Build 16232.1004 for Insider Fast Ring, tests 'servicing pipe

For those on the Fast Ring of the Windows Insider program cumulative update Build, 16232.1004 is now live through Windows Update. But blink, and you'll miss it as this update is merely testing Microsoft's new "servicing pipeline."
