I used to be able to touch the windows symbol (at the extreme left of the bar at the bottom on the screen) to give me access to the various programmes such as Word and Excel or to turn off my tablet. Now, however, when I touch it it just turns colour from white to blue. To turn of the device I have to attach the keyboard, put the cursor on the symbol and right click, That does offer access to turn-off commands (words only - no symbols) but not to installed programmes.
