today I noticed a weird bug when using Cortana in order to supply a weather forecast. I'm using the latest version of Windows 10 Pro (version 1703, build 15063.483) on a Surface Pro 3.
When I ask Cortana if it might rain tomorrow, she replies with a forecast for Spain, even though I'm located in Germany. Location services are active and Cortana has the necessary rights to access this information. Also a default city within Germany is set.
Any idea why Cortana is acting this way?
