What router settings should I change to fix the "Slow Windows Apps download speed" issue?

few weeks ago, I reported about a very slow apps update downloading speed ( http://ift.tt/2u8ihT5 ), turns out to be a router issue (tried my friend's router works like charm)!

Tried resetting the router with no luck :(
