Windows 10 Mobile ROM Availability

I used to see news about Microsoft releasing ROM to convert Android phone. Anyone knows what's the latest news on that? My L930 finally gave up on me and I want to stay on Windows 10 Mobile but I don't really like what's available out there now for Windows 10 Mobile.
