my usb port recognising only one particular card reader and not any other usb devices

I got dell venue pro 8 tab with windows 10 version 1607
I connect usbs through Otg, and i recently observed that my system recognising only one particular card reader and not any other usb devices.

Somebody please help meout with this!!
