Windows 10 preview build 17134 now rolling out on the Slow ring

Though there aren't any new features, build 17134 represents a potential release candidate for the Windows 10 spring update.

Microsoft this week began rolling out Windows 10 preview build 17134 to Fast ring Insiders, and now its time for the Slow ring to get a taste.
