Websites doesn't load correctly or only showing texts

Can someone please help, I'm having a problem with browsing, whenever I try to open a specific site, it loads only texts, no graphics, it does show some photos but in a weird way, I did everything, I searched youtube for help, it I couldn't find the solution, can someone please help me.
