My CPU usage on task manager is 24/7 at 100% even when no programs or anything open its at 100% from system start up.I downloaded process explorer and see my CPU is around 12%.Is the CPU usage in task manager just a visual bug or should i be worried? ( i upgraded to w10 today and it was like that)
