Challenge: Entry level Gaming rigs

Post a build list of the cheapest gaming rig you can.

Rules:
- New parts only.
- You can post links, screenshots, etc.
- If a price contains rebates, promos, shipping...list both. Price before rebates, and after rebates and shipping.
- OS, you can list one if you want. Windows can be run for free, or you can assume Steam OS or Linux.
