Band active users: Have you received your refund email yet?

If you synced your Band 1 or 2 between 12/1/18 and 3/1/2019 you are supposed to be eligible for a refund. I have been using my Band 1 daily through that period but have only received the email about:
"End of support for the Microsoft Health Dashboard applications".
FAQ states that refund will be given to active users but I still haven't seen an email.
