I'm upgrading a laptop from a 32 gb drive (SSD) to a 500 gb HDD. The owner is letting me keep the solid state (first one I've owned!)
I heard SSD's have a faster read/write speed but unlike a hard drive the more you write to them, the more the drive wears out. So I'd like to put Windows (or maybe Linux) on it, but I don't even know if it'd fit.
Any thoughts?
