Does phone Hello unlock PC?

I thought I read somewhere that when the Anniversary Update was on PC and phone that we could use the Hello feature to somehow unlock the PC if the phone was near. Or something like that. I have no idea where I read that, but so far, I don't see anything about it anywhere. Anybody know if this feature is supposed to exist or how it will work?
