When a single monitor just isn't enough for your workflow, you'll need to look at adding a second to increase the amount of real estate available at any given time. Thankfully, Microsoft has done a solid job in implementing multiple display support right into Windows so we don't have to install third-party software to fiddle around with settings and whatnot.
