brother MFC model DCP7030 the scanner is not getting detected by the laptop

i have purchased new HP Laptop and tried to install DCP7030 Brother MFC. the scanner is not getting identified by the system. all drivers suggested by the Brother has been downloaded and updated, firmware is also updated & all possible suggestions suggested by the manufacturer/ Brother has been activated but there is no result.
please help.
