Nokia Icon cannot update to latest build. Getting error code 0x80070057

I am trying to avoid hard reset. I have tried almost every workaround I have found involving changing dates and switching rings.

What I notice is that the progress bar looks like it flashes to 100% really quickly, but then flashes to error 0x80070057.

Any help would be appreciated.
