Anybody having this issue? Not on the Insiders build either on this Phone, just on my 640Xl. I reinstalled Win 10 Mobile, after reinstalling, 95% of my Apps either won't install or Crash if they do install. Also, some of the tiles are blank. Just like on my Surface 3 which also has blank tiles.
