My keyboard language has changed to Basque on my Lumia 435 keyboard,

The default language in Settings is English. I've tried by turning the phone off and on again- doesn't make any difference.
The keyboard section in settings shows the main language is English.but the actual keyboard stubbornly shows Basque.
