Why has Windows Spotlight stopped updating?

According to the TechNet article Windows Spotlight on the lock screen (http://ift.tt/2i38dSN), its supposed to display a different image on the lock screen each day. Ah, no it doesn't. At least it hasn't on my Windows 10 Professional desktop in at least 3 weeks. Its a feature I really liked and was disappointed when it stopped working.

So is there something I'm doing wrong?
