950 XL Woes

Multiple issues... Cannot use maps or uber app. Says i have no gps location even though it is showing as on. AIDA64 show the sensor, but just not working... Hard reset or Recovery tool at this point? I feel that is my only hope. It has been going on for a while now. I'm on 15063.608 for Windows version. Firmware is at 10178.00053.16236.35006.

Issues with Edge browser also. resolved by reboot for a while then back to the same issue...
