Windows 10 build 16299 now rolling out for PC Insiders in the Fast ring

Microsoft is rolling out build 16299 for Windows 10 on PCs for Insiders in the Fast ring with new fixes in tow.
Another week, another Fall Creators Update Insider Preview built for Insiders in the Fast ring to test. Today's build is 16299, includes a few new bug fixes in preparation for official launch on October 17th.
