cc not works

I don't see subtitles in my Edge or other browsers for 5-6 months and i don't know what else to try ...i reinstalled Edge,i reinstall my phone and then all works good but only for 3-4 days then again i can't see subtitles... I think it's somerhing with updates because on fresh windows all works but when phone updates then subtitles not works..
