I had recently gotten a nasty virus that I had spent many days trying to fix including sage booting and anti-virus. I eventually just decided to reinstall windows and do the faster option. I left it to cook dinner and my cat decided to sit on my keyboard. Now the screen is black, with the Lenovo logo if I shine a light on the screen. The keys and power button are lit up as if the computer is on, but the screen is unresponsive and I can not turn the computer off via the power button. I don't know how to fix this! Help!
