lumia charging icon blinking and phone doesn't switch on. Any solutioon ?

This is the problem faced by many people previously and there are many threads out there and I tried every suggested method but of no use Any more suggestions ? Or should I visit lumia care or replace battery or problem with charging point of my phone ? Running stable WM10 on 640
