problem in opening windows store.

Hi I'm using win 10 build .318 in my L535, I am trying to buy an app but every time I'm opening store its giving a black screen written "Just a moment" on it in. every after 10 second, and I am not able to open store and download any apps. I tried soft reset. I don't want to do hard reset any solution?
