Why photos taken and downloaded from my windows 10 nokia lumia 730 are self deleting?

Photos from WhatsApp, camera roll everything got automatically deleting after few minutes. But photos available before 22-Oct-2016 is safe. after that date, all photos are self deleting within few minutes it is taken/downloaded. Please give a quick solution
