For a while, I've been getting a 2nd, blank notification when some notifications come up.*Today, I realized that one particular cause was when someone was running a*live video. I didn't want to follow that person anymore, so I unfollowed them - and then the blank notifications started coming every minute. I re followed them -*still happening. Blocked them - still happening. I've had to uninstall the app for now.
