Dell gives XPS 13 and Inspiron laptops a boost with Intel's eighth-generation processors

Dell is giving its XPS 13 a boost while introducing some updated Inspiron laptops, to boot.

IFA officially kicks off later this week in Berlin, and Dell has already hit the ground running with some new laptops.
