Does the Nokia Lumia 735 on the Fast Ring Insider Preview Builds get updates?

I just started to notice that my Lumia 735 doesn't receive the latest fast ring builds. It is currently on OS build: 10.0.15063.138
It is also locked on to the O2 (UK) network, if that matters.

I am using my Lumia as a secondary test device.
