Is there anyway to run windows cshell on lumia 950 or any windoes phone devices ?

Im a huge fan of windows Phone. With jn new inclusion of Windows Cshell I wish to try it out in my windows phones. Is there any work around to try the pre release or beta version of it ? Please help
