Is there a list with all windows 10 mobile permissions explained (permissions that are listed in store)?
When an app can "use your phone" what this means? It can make phone calls or what? Is there any possibility to block this because many apps now request this permission (even games ?!!?). Can an app call premium phone numbers in background or apps can only bring phone dialer in front?
