Getting back money from BLU?

Hi guys, so we all know about the problems ( promblem with the firmware and the udate) we have been waiting for a while which is ridiculous. I want to get rid of the phone. I'm thinking about asking BLU to give my money back because I can't use many app and it's their fault and do nothing.
Ideas?
