Apps don't open - Spotify - American Airlines - Battery Tiles...

Hello All,

I got my X3 and after a full reset (and a replacement from HP) and update I have multiple apps that simply don't work.
I don't have a MicroSD card but tried with as well...

Spotify just shows loading....

Thoughts?
