Can't Open Mtalk App

I'm on 14393.726, every since the updated to this build i haven't been able to open the app. It's the best way to access the forums here. I'm on a idol 4s is anyone else having this issue?? Are there any alternative apps? The forums section in the Windows central app is pretty barebones and not and not very reliable
