Memory Card Notification and screen reattatchment

I use my memory card for videos and music. I never take it out, and is sort of permanent. Every time I detach the screen and reattach it, the Surface Book/Windows 10 asks me what I want to do every time I put a memory card in. I just tell it to ignore. But every time I do this, I get the message again. Is there a way to make it stop asking me what to do with the memory card?
