Next ok flexx 10 rebooting problems

My tablet was acting up so I reset it back to factory settings. After doing this the tablet got suck at 64% and kept rebooting. Someone told me how to get into an options screen. Well I'm finally there and now I don't know what to do next. I've tried to do a Recovery but it now says I have to have Admin approval. I am the admin but it won't let me on. Can someone please help me get my tablet back
