windows 10 black background and not wrking see the message box

when i turned on my pc then it showed a blackscreen saying hi we have upadated your similar to when we install windows 10 then after that my desktop screen apearred it had black background and resoltuion was changed and if i click nothing was working then it satrted refeshing pls help me
