Windows 10 build 15042 for desktop many duplicate devices

All the newer Windows 10 builds including Windows 10 build 15042 for desktop install so many duplicate devices that my system runs out of resources and cannot install the needed devices. I try to delete the duplicates to free up resources, but after rebooting Windows reinstalls them. The last build that works for me is 14986. All the Windows 10 insider builds before 14986 have also worked fine. Any ideas?
