I have q Surface Pro out 2013 which lacks a gps module; are offline maps + a weak data/Hotspot signal good enough for navigation? Is the native Maps app good enough for this or should I use something else?
And does the WP 10 maps app share the same road maps/data as the Windows 10 one?
