I am about to receive a locked Lumia 521 in T-Mobile that i bought in eBay for 25$
How can i unlock it ??
1. throgh T-Mobile , what the costumer service will ask??
2. and if they won't unlock my phone, how much will cost to unlock in a website (estimated price ) and which website you recommend to use for unlocking
*** unlocking i mean , to use phone with other sim cards!!
