Hello guys,i have a lumia 640, i have problem with sign acounnt please help me.

I can't connect to microsoft account outlook,all others account works just outlook not.I have windows phone 8.1.In the error say'Can't loggin.We can't loggin right now.Wait some moments and try again".What i can do?Please help me.
