Hello guys. I'm having a problem with the lumia 830 and I do not know how to solve it.
The smartphone starts to restart when the wifi is on. I had to reinstall the OS using the windows device recovery tool, so I went back to 8.1. The issue is that there is no update for w10m (I've already downloaded the Upgrade Advisor application, reinstalled the OS (again), but nothing worked).
Also, through Windows insider, I can not download the update without using the wifi. So, is there any way I can upgrade my smartphone using some method on the pc?
