micromax canvas win problem

in my micro max canvas win windows mobile it is continuously rebooting .
i have tried from windows recovery tools and download full file of 1.23gb after installing the file it is only showing the M sign on screen and then it is rebooting .so what is the problem in the mobile.please help me.
